it could be your bag. filch out some books and carry them within your arms. it would be good to see your doctor for more info only to be sure. it could also be your posture. everytime you remember that you need to upgrade your posture, sit up straight, it works for me.

It could be because you've get a really big rack which puts pressure on your back, but more than credible it's because of poor posture. Your spine is getting used to that type of posture so that's why it feels angelic when you slouch.Imagine that your spine is a rope that connects your butt to the top of your head. Try to stretch the rope by sitting up straight. This is an exercise that will eventually correct the strain.
I have back aching when I was a juvenile also. The docter said the best thing to do is exercise. Making your abs stronger help relieve back stress and stretching is upright for relaxing your back also. I found that pilates works best for me.

no it is not conventional.When I was 13, my rear legs hurt me a lot. Everybody said it be just my posture, but it really turned out to be scoliosis. If you haven't be checked for scoliosis and you try straightening your posture, then I would reccommend anyone checked for scoliosis.
i have the same problem a year ago (im 14 now).. and the problem be i sleep on my stomach! it really messed up my back deeply and caused rigidity.. if you sleep on your stomach or your head is bent contained by the night- this could very all right be it!
