How do I lose weightiness, without my parents knowing in the region of it?

I'm 14 years old, 5'7, and 136 pounds and I chew over I'm ready to lose some of that winter shipment. Any tips on how I could do this without going on a diet and in need my parents being involved or knowing? I'm tremendously flabby around the stomach and hip area so any workout's you know that specifically target those areas would really assistance. Thank-you!

i dont think you want to lose weight but if you really want to lose consignment without letting your parents know i would recommend you do sit-ups it really help my belly to get better and not as flabby and possibly do some these really help your belly if belly flab is your problem and perchance push ups but there really rock-hard i carn't even do them but if you can they really do help
