I am 24 and I am a virgin. I have the hardest time inserting tampons and fingers. Everything feel so tight and it hurts. I can see my hymen with a mirror and I tried to break it myself but I cannot find the first. I would like to ask a doctor to do it for me. Does anyone know if you can ask them to newly do it during your regular check up or something or do I need to request a pelvic exam and hope it does the work? I researched about a hymenectomy but I know i.e. a little extreme and I do not own medical insurance right now.
