Am I have a Miscarriage?

I have be having horrible problems near my reproductive organs. Lack of periods, Endometriosis, a D&C etc. My Doctor put contained by a Mirena IUD to treat my Endo. One of the side effects is Miscarriage, so with the problems over times gone by few days im concerned.
I started to bleed about a week after my time had finished. It seemed similar to a normal length at first, but then I started to cramp really disappointingly. This was going on for 4 days ago. I woke up in the morning and go to the bathroom and wiped. There be a small clot and some flesh colored tissue. My LPN nurse mom said it looked like "tissue" and suggested I budge to the Doc with it. I didn't because I don't enjoy insurance and can't afford it.
Since then I hold had stocky bleeding, horrible cramps, and more of the tissue blobs. Just now I go to the bathroom and there be a huge clot about 3 inches by 3 inches. It have some of that tissue wrapped up inside it. Is this a Miscarriage or is my Uterus falling out?
