My period is on and I freshly started inserting metrodinzole gel to treat my bacterial vaginosis.A period can be immensely heavy;in recent times wanted to know could I still verbs to treat the vaginitis and if so is it still as effective as if I wasn't on my time of year to rid the bacterial infection?

Condom help?

You should probably send for your doctor.

However, with yeast infection meds, you can use them on your interval, you just can't use tampons. You also use them at dark so they stay in the vaginal waterway longer (while you sleep), because gravity works....usually. So I would be willing to bet you probably can still use the BV med during your cycle.

I am 2 weeks exactly till im due for my time but my cycle ranges from 23 days to 29?
