Multi Vitamins?

So, I've just only just started taking One a Day -Active. I drink plenty of water & tea. Get my fresh fruit & Veggies and workout everyday. But for some grounds I've been have a hard time "dropping my kids sour at the pool"...
could it be the vitamin? Do I need M O R E fiber?

Multi-vitamins will backbone you up. Yes, a fiber supplement will take aid of that. Yerba Prima is a good trusted brand. Or you can carry fiber from the foods you eat.
