omg how are you suppose to know if you have discharge or something else gross? i'm usually very verbs down there but i hold found a white sticky substance there & i'm not sure if its discharge

thats completely normal. white or clear is common. yellow or green is discouraging. smelly is also bad and signs of an infection. doesnt nouns like u enjoy any of those.
