Why am I having more frequent period?
Here's a tip:
sit on the toilet as if you're about to pee, but spread your legs. Then, aim the tampon at an angle, and hold your fingers at around the middle or bottom of the tampon. Then, slide it in until you can discern it bump your cervix.
Plastic applicaters are MUCH more comfortable, and less messy.
REMEMBER: Don't give up your job your tampon in for more than going on for 6 to 8 hours (no matter what brand). And stay away from Super Absorbant and Odor Protection brands. You might receive an infection, or Toxic Shock Syndrome.
Good luck!

Tampons are not healthy.plastic applicators are wonderful...tampax pearl is the best process to do. they're so comfortable.
What was it close to the first time you had sex?
Yes, definitly use a plastic applicator. They are much more easier to insert because they freshly slide in much easier. They are also more comfortable to put it. Try using tampax pearl, they are the most comfortable. Also, you may want to try the lowest absorbency tampon a short time ago until you get used to wearing one. You don't want to start sour with the supers or anything. Make sure you are relaxed while inserting the tampon :)Sun Burned Head through my slice.?
yes plastic applicators are much easier.way easier. try tampax pearl. they dont even hurt. i have the same problem as you befor i used tampax pearl
If you're trying to insert it point the tip towards your tailbone. Also they make junior tampons which are thinner. Try tampax pearl...
don't listen to them.
I use Tampax Pearl tampons..start out beside the super small ones and follow the directions that come with them. It may nick a few tries, but you'll get the dangle of it and you can start using the regular or larger tampons, depending on how heavy your flow is. I can't envisage life in need tampons so i highly recommend trying these. Good luck!
plastics applicators are the easiest and probably best 2 use if you are contemporary at using tampons........
Try Platex with a plastic applicator. The rub K-Y Jelly on the applicator past insertion.
My experience: OB/non-applicator are for seasoned vets (but I use them now), Tampax (all kinds) hurt me & cardboard is dry.
Anyone in Ontario,Canada beside PCOS?
Yes. I had one and the same problem when I first started using tampons. The good communication is that it DOES get better. Start beside plastic and "junior" size. I believe Tampax makes them. If your flow is terrifically heavy, use a wad along with them until you are in position to move on to the subsequent size. A tiny bit of lubricant on the tip may help as all right. (Try to) relax as you put it in. Good luck!!Oh yes.
Plastic Works MUCH better.
I can barely procure in the Cardboard and The type you put surrounded by with your finger...
I agree...Try Tampax Pearl.
If you still enjoy trouble...try using a lubricant.
What bra do you suggest to give my breasts a bigger look, and show of cleavage?

hey man first of adjectives ignore the timwits contained by here who are saying its not hygenic! tampons are route more hygenic than pads... and u can swim, wear mini shorts n everything and u dont smell!
as for toxic shock syndrome the risk that ull return with it i recon is like 1 contained by 10000000000000000000000000000 seriously just follow the instructions n ull be fine.. i try to filch mine out after bout 5 hours and i havent got it...seriously they work! plastic applicators are ok better afterwards cardboard but i think using nought is better, Use nothing. If you dont succede try again. I never used to wear them n next i had to shift to a work christmas party n i have my outfit all planned out and it be hot! soo i had to wear a tampn. Try to aim it down to the lower stern and keep trying at different angles.! trust me after using tampons u wont wanna move about back to pad except for bed time ;)
good luck
