Unfortunately it doesnt event if you 'finish' or not its more the fact that he ejaculate in you. Even beside the pill being taken regiously it still is just 99% effective and tons women ovulate at different times in thier cycle so yes you do hold a chance of one pregnant. The only track to avoid pregnancy is to avoid sex and make sure your partner doesnt ejaculate close by your vagina, otherwise I would continue near the pill taking it correctly and using a condom.
