What could be reason for my daughter's bloody stool?

about four weeks ago, my daughter began seeing blood in her stool. shes be having bleak cramps too. about a week after she started complaining just about this, we took her to the doctor. they ran culture, and 2 other stool test, as well as urine and blood, and everything come back fine. the doctor give her a really strong form of imodium, and it slowed it down. the doctor has no referred her to a gastral intestinal specialist, and we are going on thursday. she is massively scared because she doesnt want the doctor to hold to do anal exames. there is, however, still blood, and constant going to the bathroom, so we ARE going anyway.

does anyone know what the doctor might do as to test? or does anyone know what it may be thats wrong with her?

My sister have small bumps on her areola and they started after using a tanning bed could this be the cause?

If its fresh blood it might be a fissure or hemorides. Usually fresh blood is red and shows on some external bleeding spot. When its murky red blood it might show some problems. No use speculating, a doctor must see her.
