Is tuna, salmon and seaweed ok for pregnant women?

Bumps, normal or not?

i be told that you shouldn't eat alot of tuna while pregnant because of the mercury level; however, i did have a girlfriend who ate tuna at every buffet and her and her baby turn out fine. I probley won't risk it though. same go with salmon. only just be careful. one of my customers ( i used to be an 't manger at vitamin world) be getting fresh salmon from the store; and was getting too glorious mercury levels surrounded by her system, and causing problems surrounded by her vision. only be careful. i don't see why you shouldn't guzzle seaweed. it has alot of hygienic benefits.

Abdominal Cramps/Pain and Birth Control?

You are not supposed to eat hulking amounts of Tuna while pregnant because of the mercury levels. You can put away it, but no more than once a week.

I have not gotten my extent in 34 days i own had intercourse everyday i be wondering if i could be pregnant?

I'm not sure about seaweed, but tuna... you might want to contact your obgyn. Tuna can enjoy higher level of mercury, especially albacore tuna. Salmon might be okay, but not every day on the tuna..
