The best things you can do for it are first and foremost, use a cold compress or ice pack to eat up swelling and redness. DON'T put any sort of emulsion on it. It will heal on its own. As long as in attendance is no blistering or scabbing, you should not have any scarring. If you want to cover it beside something to go out, you can use a DRY foundation over it after it's heal a bit to make sure that it isn't an widen sore. If it is, don't put anything on it and see a dermatologist. If it isn't it will just pinch a few days to heal. Hope this help.
