As one of the other answers say, try light exercise. I know it's the concluding thing you grain like doing, but it really help me. Try it on the treadmill, set it with a small ramp, not in recent times flat walking. I wouldn't recommend running or anything, it's just not viable for the first few days of your period. If you know they bring back really bad, steal ibuprofen as soon as you come on - in my experience, if you clutch ibuprofen once the pains are really bad, they can produce you sick - but obviously, that depends on how disappointingly you get them. Don't forget to nick them after food or with a chalice of full fat milk to string your stomach.

Also, try heat pad or lying with your legs up against a wall - bend them from the hip. I'm not sure why that's designed to work, I guess it takes the pressure away or something.

I'm nonetheless to find a foolproof cure - just be sure to nick care what you drink when you've got the pains - your stomach can become fundamentally fragile and volatile, which makes things so much worse when you're suffering.
