I be supposed to get my spell around the 1st of feburary but i didnt.?

I haven't had sex or done anything close to that. I have have my period for nearly 4 years now and its massively normal and regular. I dont no why i havent gotten it. I have a stomach virus the week i was supposed to bring back my period and i be throwing up alot. Could that of messed it up?, should i have gotten it allready? i dont no what to do
