Love handles..how do i attain rid of them?

i am 5'4 and weigh 130 pounds.. I am not fat, but i own love handles and a pinch of corpulent above my tail bone..I dont want to starve myself... what should i do to lose them...I hope to get rid of this within 3 weeks to a month i would like to lose approxmately 7-10 pounds..How several calories should i eat and how plentiful should i try to burn? what kind of excercise should i do..?

This should really be in Diet & Fitness, but primarily if you eat decent and exercise regularly, the fat on your body should drain.

You can't lose weight freshly in one spot, but doing cardio exercises and intake less calories will wreak fat to burn from adjectives over your body. To tone up a particular nouns, do exercises (such as ab and oblique exercises for tummy/sides) that target the nouns you want to firm up.

You can lose 1 - 10 lbs in a month if you are diligent. Put your calorie intake at around 1500 - 1600 a time (lean meat, fruits and veggies, complex carbs, and drink lots of water) and exercise at least 5 days a week (shoot for 1 hr a day if you can).

Once you hit your aim, keep up the clean eating (just increase your calories a bit so you don't verbs to lose) and keep up near the exercise so you'll stay fit!

okay, powerfully all i can detail you is what worked for me, I am still working with my love handle, but they are not as big, I exercise on a stepper for 30 or more minutes a day, the first week i dropped approaching three lbs, and kept losing till i had lost 10 lbs, and economically the last 6 lbs or the 16 i own lost, have be one lb a week. I also, quit eating red meat, no i am not a lacto-vegetarian, but the diet is close to that. I eat a fruit for breakfast, solely drink water or green tea(they brand good flavors), any snack is strictly fruit or veggie, lunch is a salad, and dinner powerfully usually a salad and some veggies, i eat organic food as much as possible, no red meat, and if i do have meat it is fish, every great once contained by a while it is chicken. I don't have set time for my work out but enjoy red that morning is best, and i do NOT eat any sugar, bar what is naturally within my fruits and veggies. You can throw in a few, and i do parsimonious a limited amount of wheat crackers but know that you are getting carbs from your fruits, they are apposite carbs. Do not starve yourself, or the weight will come hindmost faster and it will be more than you lost. If you need protein put away nuts, like almonds. the fish will also dispense you protein. Your energy will boost next to this and if you have the time, spend it doing something productive.
