Lose substance?

I wanna lose weight my March 13. is it possible? im 13 and i wanna lose some counterbalance....dont tell me its lately my body changing and i dont call for to lose it...i know when its my body changing and when i entail to lose weight. im not gonna go to a gym....cuz i hold no one to jump with...and im not gonna match someone....and i have not a soul to take me...and because i dont wanna look stupid. and because im 13 and dont enjoy a clue what im doing. dont give me any stupid answers close to " eat smaller number." or " dont eat" or " excercise" i want detailed answer to help. i dont exactly know how much i wanna lose....but i involve to and im not just looking at a go up...cuz i dont own one. lol im looking at my body so i can see it. also can someone suggest some excercises to get rid of arm flab? i dont want to use weights cuz those will simply make my arms bigger...i necessitate them to be smaller.
