Period help! [women solely please]?
i just get my period this morning, and i other get horrible cramps when i enjoy my period. i also acquire lazy and cranky! And...lucky me!! theres a HUGE shindig coming up tonight and 8. is there any entity i can do to help myself fell a touch better my tonight??

steal some midol and take a hot bubble tub and lay back and soak the ache and pains for a while. Then follow up with a nice shower. Spray on your favorite perfume and be in motion rub some lotion on and do your nails and tresses. Eat a small snack with some carbs within it. take a snooze if you have the time do your makeup and win dressed. Right before you make tracks take another midol and wallow in your self. The dancing will serve relax the muscles and the getting out and having fun will clutch your mind off your time of year. Just remember to not drink alcohol and to stay safe . Have fun

Best I can tell you is midol or pamprin... I would speak really hot shower right before you jump and leave a bit rash.Is an Inter-uterine-device uncomfortable to own?
Stay away from fried foods and caffeine all afternoon and at least a couple of days back it starts if you can. It really makes a difference, I enjoy severe cramps since I first started and your diet can make a difference. Drink some tea (caffeine free) Peppermint works best and a moment ago try to stay covered up like instead of sandals and a skirt try to wear shoes, socks and pant. That nouns makes you cramp up, if its heat you should be okay.i had like cramps! i almost threw up they hurt so bad. run a medicine pill call ibuprofen it works really well, i didnt enjoy pains for over 7 hours! try it.
