Antibiotics and Birth Control?

If you are have irregular ovulations, or not ovulating at all, you are probably going to enjoy a hard time conceiving. A really fitting way to find out if you are ovulating and menstruating typically, is to chart it out! There is a fabulous book that teaches you to chart out your cycles by measure your morning temps, cervical fluid consistency, and cervix position, and all it take is like 2 minutes a afternoon! The information will tell you when and if you are ovulating, and if you did receive pregnant you'd probably know before a pregnancy question paper would show you results. Anywho, the book is called Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler and I markedly much recommend the 10th anniversary edition with color photos. You can also do deeply of diagnosis that will help your doctor, and you can sometimes avoid some obnoxious tests. The book have been used by several of my friends to procure pregnant and is a super easy read.
