Bladder discomfort during intercourse...any philosophy?

I have have this before, when my Husband and I are have intercourse, I can feel discomfort/pressure on my bladder. I hold had bladder infections so I know the grain of the bladder. When I feel this outlook for the first time during intercourse, It hurts for about 2 weeks back it feels better again and I am competent to have intercourse again. Any accepted wisdom on what it could be would be greatly appreciated.
