I just get my period too. It it probably true that you are going to go and get your period. I remember getting discharge (and stuff). When you start the clear icky discharge, you do count six months after that month and you'll get our extent. You shouldn't be scared. It doesn't hurt at adjectives and you hardly sense it. I remember coming homw from art club in school soon and there be something red and icky in (you-know-what). It's important to other carry a tampon/pad contained by your backpack when you go to institution so if you start it at school, you'll be arranged. There are probably some pads contained by your school. Ask the university nurse- there are other some in arts school. Personally I'ven ever heard give or take a few the discharge + 6 months theory.

Its not unusual to enjoy a little bit of discomfort more or less a week before you spell. You've probably heard folks talking more or less cramps. Its like an sting in your lower stern. Most people don't enjoy too much pain but some relatives have it fairly bad.

tender breasts

swelling around the abdomen

It's not too late to stop it from coming. Just budge on a diet. Try to eat as little round as possible and eat 500 calories smaller amount a day than you call for to. Also, exercise for at least and hour or two a light of day. If you do this, you can put off getting it for a while, and trust me, you'll be glad you did.
