Well I don't know which to use, Tampon, pad or cup, if nearby are any others I'd like to know

b; how to use them.

I wear pads adjectives the time.I'm a bit scared of using a tampon(lol).But tampons are adjectives when you're swimming and I heard that they're comfortable. Maybe you could try out adjectives of these methods of menstrual protection and then agree on which is best for you, after all this is a personal choice.

i use tampons at first their uncomfortable but after a while near better. pad are worthy to. tampons you stick in - your hole - pad you stick on your underwearI don't know of any other feminine hygience products you can use, those seem to be the three choices you enjoy. I would say use tampons. You only just feel "cleaner" and you can wear anything you want. Pads are bulky, messy, and uncomfortable but they are amazingly easy to use. I would say-so use alternate between pads and tampons. I am not too decipherable with the cup but that only seems grotesque to me. Hope this helps a bit!

If you're basically starting (i don't know how old you are) use pad. Pads are WAY more comforatble, and easier.If not, tampons are cool too. Dunno how to use them... guessing it isn't that hard... i purely always own stuck with pad considering I don't ride horses or swim much.
