There is only so much a friend can do.

If she is determined to budge out with this guy, consequently every time you tell her not to she's credible to do it even more.
She will have to swot the hard track that he isn't right for her, and unfortunately that may niggardly she has to return with hurt and there's nil you can do but be there to console her when it happen. No judgement, no "I told you so", just tolerate her know you're still her friend and support her.
The more you tell her that you can`t stand it, the more you will drive her away and she may not be willing to come to you when she really desires you.
