Okay Peeps heres the problem. Okay well Im 13 and I get my first period surrounded by January. I got my secoind one 37 days instead of 28. and I be supposed to get my third one contained by about 2 wks and powerfully i got it today. whats the problem? its solely been 19 days since later one.

its not really that big of a agreement because you started just a touch while ago, then your period aren't going to be regular. so they can be unpredictable for about 6 months

tampons: use the tampax pearl lights..i know that they're expensive because you hold to buy them in the multi-pack but they're road easier to use and they glide within really well. you aren;t supposed to consistency the tampon(remeber that). to actually put it within, try sitting down on the toilet or standing with one foot on the toilet seat(this road your vaginal passageway is more open) consequently you can use your finger to feel where on earth the hole is and then you stick your tampon contained by. don't be tense, because it won't shift in(you can actually push a tampon out of your vagina when its in) so in recent times breathe normally and slowly shove it up in that gently. if it doesn't run in adjectives the way later you can push it up with your finger or pinch it out and try again. it might take a while to win the hang of it but essentially you just enjoy to get used to the motions!! :] righteous luck

You are 13, so your period is going to be completely and totally unpredictable. It is not a delight, sorry. They get more endurable and predictable as you get elder though. Congrats on womanhood! I always consistency like women should own a ceremony when they hit that time, it's awesome!

As far as tampons go, use a particularly small one, the junior or junior lites. Make sure you are having a worthy bloody period (gross!) so that you own plenty of lube. You can also use a bit of lube too on the tip if it is uncomfortable. Playtex are a bit shorter than Tampax and might be a better choice (I use tampax though). Anywho, use little ones solely when you are bleeding heavily. Good luck!

when you are that young they are especially irregular. mine used to be every 35 days. then they be every 20 days for awhile it will take give or take a few two years probably and then it will come at one and the same time every month.

I havent been awareness well lately.?

hormone fluxuations and even of excersize can effect regular perioods especially till you develop your usaual routine for them .. if excessive pain is associated contained by any of them consult the doc then or if you hold any conserns. you feel involve adressing but some time to find your routine could be expected ..

Theres no problem, first off it take awhile for your period to regulate its self. it can lug a year or more to regulate so please be patient. Some women never grasp regular cycles. Always carry supplies next to you. Second, it's a little too impulsive for you to use tampons. Stick with pad until your cycle has regulated it'self. Your body is still growing. Insertion might be discomfited if you tense up or if your angle is wrong. its difficlt to explain here. It take practice. if you insist on a tampon I'd suggest playtex gently skate and use the smallest size they have. Use them single when being alive in sports and no longer than 4 hours at a time. Don't use a tampon during your lightest flow times and no issue what the packaging directions read out, never wear one overnight.
