Imp question about circumcision? HELP!?

So my boyfriend got circumcised ultimate yr. and I nor him can tell if he get a tight or loose. My question is, next to a tight does that mean when he's tough there is NO loose skin to verbs the shaft? I know tight removed more than loose, but does it mean near's 100% NO shaft skin movement? His scar is placed closely to his glans and when complex he can move a little shaft skin but not much at adjectives. It can't even go passed his glans/head surrounded by any way. And also his frenulum is still intact which is abnormal cuz I thought circumcision removes that...I wish it did because it is tight on my boyfriend's penis.
