Can a yeast infection inflict vaginal sores?

The past two times I've been on an antibiotic I've gotten a yeast infection and at indistinguishable time I've also gotten little sores around my vagina. I can't really see them with a mirror but I can feel them and they hurt. I know for a reality that I don't have genital herpes because I've been tested for it just this minute. Can a yeast infection or other kind of vaginal infection cause sores? I be looking online but didn't find much information although I know that other types of yeast infections can cause rashes.

I know I should dance to my doctor but I've been on painkillers so I can't drive and I have not a soul to drive me and I'm looking for a new gynocologist since I had profusely of issues with my last one.
