so i have pimples but they wont move about away what is the best way to wash your facade?
We're all different Rose B. I once in a blue moon got the hot flashes, but I have night sweats so unpromising, I would have to exchange my night clothes. The discharge you're chitchat about is more approaching a period. My menopause be pretty tame compared to other women I know but I would enjoy a period three or four times a month. It would closing a day, conceivably two, stop for a few days then return. Having a time or 'discharge' is very regular. Go see your obgyn or family doc for a well brought-up check up, tell the doc everything your experiencing. You don't say aloud how old you are or how long you've be experiencing these things. If you are just birth, your doc can keep a eye on you, monitor the change and even prescribe something to help you through this. I hope this help, good luck.
How do skip my extent if I'm on the pill and I have a time off coming up in a month?
