About my body...?


I am 14 years old, I am in the region of 5'3, I weigh about 140 pounds. I run at least possible mile everyday and I have softball practice after arts school for 1 hour and a half. I am also a lacto-vegetarian.I feel approaching I am over weight, but I lately had a physical for my university and the doctor doesn't believe that my weight is a problem. I be wondering what other peoples opinions on this topic be.

You need to focus on BMI (body mass index) and not cargo as muscle is more denser and weighs more per volume compared to plump - your weight is not a problem - generate sure that with your veg diet you are getting adequate proteins and micro-nutrients to help next to growth needs - another entity to factor in is you are still growing until your impulsive twenties so relax keep intake right, exercising and getting enough sleep

HELP! iam losing all ma down :(?

Sorry this may be a bit incorrect..because I dont know your measurement system resourcefully, but I think my friend explicitly your height would be in the region of 138, so yeah, she looks fine! Don't worry more or less it. You sound approaching you exercise enough, and your doctor say you are healthy. Don't put too much stress on yourself almost your weight. At lowest possible you arent trying to gain 13kg (30 lbs) at the moment to get on form! I have literary that stress just make it worse. Hope this helps!
