PMDD/Depression?
I am 22 years old and hold a very busy work/social agenda. Lately I have notice that I am more irritable in correct situations. For instance, a few days ago I blew up on my fiance for really no reason. Not resembling a little spar either it be a HUGE fight. And I wouldn't even vote fight because I did adjectives the yelling and completed in crying WHICH I hold been doing more of just now. I kind of brushed it rotten as oh it's just that time of month (which is was). But it seem that things are worse and worse. I have notice I lie awake at dark thinking about how I never give the impression of being to be good at anything. How everything I really try to do apt at fails. Which it really doesn't. I suggest I have be with my fiance for 2 1/2 years and we live together and I LOVE my mission. But it just seem to me that everything I do is failing and all I can do is reckon about it. I purely don't know what my deal is and it's really starting to go and get me more down. ANY advise?

Better to ask for help I give attention to then to suffer on.
I've read that 1000mg of calcium a daylight helps near PMDD.
