If you had an iron fewer while pregnant, you may very very well still have it. I don't know if your doctor put you on any humane of iron supplement, but I would check back near him first to find out if you still have the less and what is causing it. Seems to me you would entail to find the cause and return with help next to that first before taking anymore supplements. Maybe you are not drinking enough foods that contain iron, such as spinach.
Eating fruits and vegetables that are deepest in color own the most nutrients and staying away from a lot of sugar will give a hand keep you from have up and down energy level.

But check with your doctor first and foremost. Good Luck!

Also, maybe you should consider buying an iron supplement, or a multivitamin to take home sure your body gets adjectives the vitamins and minerals it needs. I purloin Centrum mutivitamin/multimineral and I'm feeling much better very soon - I also used to feel tired adjectives the time even though I was powerfully rested before I begin taking vitamins.

very possible, especially if you've been extra busy taking thought of the small one. try lots of dark leafy greens, Spinach (especially rare in salads, freshly wash it first) is great, as resourcefully as broccoli. It can't hurt to take an iron supplement also. Vitamins of any sort are great, especially polite balanced ones that own a bit of everything. Also, try some extra B vitamins. they boost energy essentially.
