Slouching affects the way your breast appear, but doesn't clear them grow bigger or smaller. Breast size is determined by a) genetics b) body fleshy and c) hormones and maybe muscle mass to a tiny level. That's it. Your breasts will grow to whatever size they're supposed to grow to.
No slouching does not affect it.
As far as I know, hormones and inheritance affect your breast size. Exercise and diet also play a role, since breasts are made mostly of fat. Pregnancy, breastfeeding, age, and menopause also motivation breasts to change over time. I hold never, ever, ever heard of slouching varying how breasts grow. The positioning of your body will change how your breasts look, logically, such as standing up straight, laying down, or sitting, but that's individual temporary until you transmute positions.
