Every month, your uterus builds up a lining of blood. midway between period, your ovaries release an egg. This is called ovulation. The egg travels to the uterus. If the egg is fertilized, it implant in this soft pool liner. If not, the dead egg and the bin liner shed, and are expelled from your uterus. This is called menses, or "your period". You bleed for 5-7 days starting fatty and after a couple days it is very street light. You may get cramps because your uterus have to contract in directive to get adjectives of the lining out.
