When having a yeast infection how do you know?

What does it feel approaching? Right now it basically feels close to my inside is really sore, internally. I am not itchy, just sore surrounded by the inside. Thanks

Please turn to the doctor many things can mimic yeast...such as bacterial vaginosis
Also going to the doctor can return with a culture...but if you don't see anything in there nearby will be little to test.

recurrently one of my first symptoms of yeast is feeling organic in within but other things can cause that resembling extreme dryness.
