I have a partial hysterectomy when I was 24 and I have the same problem. Just feel like near was pressure and I wasn't getting adjectives the urine out. I really was ratification enough urine, it lately seemed approaching I always needed to grasp one more drop out! I told my ONGYN going on for it when I went for my post op. The pressure have let up some by consequently, but still had it sometimes. He said my bladder have dropped a little bit from the surgery. In time it get better, if it hadn't, he was going to tack my bladder up. It is from the strain trying to go when your insides enjoy been taken out or messed beside. After about 4 or 5 weeks, this yo yo notion you described is gone. Thank God, huh?!! Good Luck on your recovery.

Ladies?

You should phone up your doctor and have him do a residual urine on you...sounds similar to you may not be emptying your bladder. Did you enjoy a catheter in place post-op?...probably. They'll enjoy you urinate, then catheterize you to see how much you own left contained by your bladder.
There is medication you can take..sometimes it take a while for you bladder to learn how to work right again.

How are women supposed to wipe?(women with the sole purpose pls)?

Definitely mention it to your doctor.

One of the adverse -- and non-reversible -- side effects of a hysterectomy is that the ligaments that held your uterus in place also held all of your other pelvic organs surrounded by place. Now that they've been severed and a portion of your organ structure have been removed, the other organs are free to slip into that futile void...temperament abhors a vacuum.

In my grandmother's casing, the doctors had to step back within and reattach her bladder to her stomach wall. I'm not saying this is what you've get going on, but it is a possibility, and should NOT be overlooked or pooh-poohed by your doctor.

I hope you continue to get better and this is just a endorsement inconvenience.

What fodds/drinks should I avoid when I get my spell?

Your uterus and bladder are held up by the round ligament. when the doctors remove your uterus the bladder can drop down into your pelvis. this can cause discomfort and possibly leak from your bladder later on. i.e. when you need to enjoy surgery again to repair your bladder as the one woman stated above. if you continue to own discomfort, call your doctor. they are nearby to answer your questions and concerns. i hope everything will be okay, and be sure to rest, that opening you wont risk further damage. dutiful luck
