How do you know if you have uterus scarring?

i am pregnant with my second child and i own had the most insupportable pain on the disappeared side of my uterus. i do know for a fact that it is not cause by cysts and it doesnt feel resembling ligament pain, does anyone know what this could be or have similar symptoms? sometimes i cant even move it hurts so bad.
