You nouns about average to me. Weight alone is not a enormously good path to see if you are overweight. Your body mass index and body fat percentage is far more accurate. Your body frame have a lot to do next to it also. Consider this...a woman about 5'4" beside a large bone frame will weigh more than a woman of 5'4" beside a small bone frame. I am 5'7" and I weight nearly 138. However, my BMI is on the low end of average for my loftiness because I have long, slim bones (a small frame). I also enjoy a lot more muscle than most women my size because anyone an EMT, I am required to maintain strength for the extreme amount of brawny lifting that I do.
In order to determine your BMI and body solid percentage, talk to a nutritionist. One item more...the days of skinny people are gone. No one really like to see a woman who looks like they never put away and wear a size 2. Curves are supposed to be there. The perception of the feminine body has changed. The unrealistic attitude is finally disappearing (thank God). I'm glad to see it go because it made too tons women feel they have to be skinny. dont jump by your weight. dance by your body shape. Im also 5'4 and weigh 127 pounds. i also have big hips and butt. but im hugely toned because i exercise alot, remember muscle weighs more than flabby. Dont judge your body. if you are toned, in attendance is nothing to verbs about. trust me. love yourself the track u are, there are plenty of girls want the were 120 pounds.
