Female problems, going to the doc, but something doesnt seem right?

I have a growth that I am have removed inside my vaginal wall. The doctor said it probably looks like a nabothian (cervical) cyst, but he won't be sure until it is removed. The more I thought something like it, I realized that the growth is not really essential my cervix, but on the left side of my vaginal wall. It is throbbing to touch, especially during sex, and I have have more vaginal discharge than normal within the past 8 months and through research found that it is a symptom for various other things. I have chronic pelvic cramp, nearly every day, and my term is the worst. I feel resembling I am in labor, and enjoy a heavy sensation in my vagina. I recurrently feel fevered and/or nauseated right before and during my time with fatigue constantly. I hold been diagnosed near PCOS and possibly endometriosis. The doctor had my prolactin and testosterone level retested this past week but is on leave so I won't get the results for another week and a partially. Please read details, I ran out of room...
