for a while i thought i was pregnant, today i go to the doctors office because im have pressure it feels similar to something is pushing up against my ribs and i have put a bet on pain within my lower back and some pressure surrounded by my mid back towards the departed, i now i realize that i get this back headache ever since i was suppose to be ovulating, and i thought perchance if i had a cyst would it grounds pain resembling that if that side was ovulating? he sent me for an x-ray because he also thnks it might be kidney stones, since i am urinating greatly and its not pregnancy

I know that ovarian cysts can in fact effect pain, I know some culture that have that problem. You could mention it to your doctor as a possible item to check for.
