My ovaries never give me any problems when i had my IUD but i have constant cramping of the muscles that run beside the pelvis. If it continues to bother you you should see your dcotor so they can make sure that you do not hold any cysts, and if really bothers you it does not hurt to have it taken out.

How do you know it's your ovary?

I any shield, I can't see how the IUD would affect your ovaries. For the first day or so after getting the IUD within will be some cramping though as your body gets used to this foreign but intensely helpful express doubts.

Of course if you think something is wrong, you should contact your doctor ASAP.
