Whats with it?
I want to drop a few pounds and i am not fat in truth i am pretty skinny in the middle but i got extra plump left over on my legs that didn't travel away from weight lose plus i gotta big butt i of late want to even out my middle to the rest of my body.
So what si the safest way to do that? i weigh 110 and i am 5'1 i simply wanna weigh 105 plus i am 13 years old and enjoy been going through alot of stress lately how do i silence down?

you should increase your excercise not keep dieting. take care what you are eating, sort sure its healthy stuff not second-hand goods food and sweets so you grow up nice and healthy
Do toning exercises for those areas. Some cardio will give support to too.
Once you have be exercising a while (at least a month), you'll tone up and your counterbalance will stabilize.
