I've only been on birth control pills for 2 weeks... if I get off NOW, what will happen?

I want to stop taking them, but I dont want my period subsequent month to come around May 10-17 because Im going on my honeymoon to mexico. I have to stop taking them, the side effects are ridiculous. I've bled the WHOLE TIME I've be on them, Im moody, Im cranky, Im tired, I've gained freight, I cry when something sad is on tv, I enjoy really bad hot flashes. IM DONE. But I'll hang on to taking them to avoid having my length during that time. So what do I do? Any advice please. I started the pills on parade 25th, which was the 3rd hours of daylight of my regular period. I start similar to clock work every 30 days. Thanks, angie

oh thats horrible, I can't take birth control pills for indistinguishable reason.

I wait until the first day of my interval to stop taking mine, and after that all the problems stopped. i know you can turn see the doctor for some pills that will delay your time of year, but if you have already have problems with b/c this might freshly cause more bleeding.

Im really not sure what you can do except sermon to your doctor about it. Good luck and hold fun on your honeymoon!

edit- just to reply to the soul who answered below me, theres a big difference between breakthrough bleeding and the sort of bleeding that I think she is conversation about. Bleeding ALL the time is not nice and not remarkably good for your body any

Keep taking them because when you first start you hold something call break through bleeding. Remember BC pills are hormones and you body is getting used to them. If you get past its sell-by date them now your length will stop but it might take a while for you body to take back to majority. So stick with them for a moment while longer if not redeploy the kind you use, something beside low hormones.

I would keep taking them so u can relish atleast some of your vacation. You lone get this honeymoon once. You might want to delight in it to the fullest. Some people never carry a second honeymoon, and if you do have a second honeymoon, it'll be years from immediately. So do what you have to do to soak up Your Honeymoon. You deserve it!

I think you of late need to switch to a different type of pill-some work for others, and some don't. Your story sounds horrible-Wish you luck sister!
