I was born premature and I'm blessed everyday that I wake up. Because I wasn't suppose 2 live.?

My problem is I have have a very frail immune system growing up and It's so easy for me 2 get hold of sick. I have a firm time in the winter months. Since I graduate high conservatory a year ago I've only have 2 colds which is great. That's because I haven't been out as much. Now thatI plan on working and going 2 academy I know I will be around tons of people and germs. I don't want this 2 effect me working. I know everyone on here may not be a doctor but can anyone present me any advise on how 2 variety my immune system stronger.

As far as helping your immune system go and get STRONGER, you could look into some herbal and natural remedies. Ask your doctor also for any suggestions.

But as long as you hang on to your body, mind, and spirit as healthy as you possibly can, that's around the best you could do for yourself.
