UTI: Anyone Women Here With Disabilities?

I'm paralyzed from about the waist down and own some incontinence problems which often administer me bad UTI's. Do Monistat Coolwipes help out prevent UTI's or do they make it worse? Any other relief with this wouldme be nice.
