Insurance covered my concession 100%, I only have to pay a copay for the hospital stay ($75).

The key to downgrading surgery is PATIENCE, as it takes over a year for the scar to fade and your size to be steady.
You should take two weeks past its sell-by date for work (more if you are in a physically busy job) and you won't be back to 100% for a month or so.

I did not necessitate documentation about any vertebrae pain for my surgery. All I did be complain about rear legs pain, nouns pain, shoulder discomfort, grooves in my shoulders due to robust breasts, and rashes underneath my breasts.
I also did not need to lose any counterbalance for them to approve my insurance coverage.
They covered mine 100%, but some will cover anywhere from 50-100. If you go beside a PS that is NOT within your coverage plan, you will pay more out of pocket.
