Im having trouble sleeping some one help?

Its spring break, but im at home doing nothing except chores adjectives day and keep under surveillance some tv then im not sleepy and its already 11pm finishing night i didnt sleep till 1am im tired of wake up at 12 noon or 1pm. What can I do I obligation help.

- drink a cup of warm milk
-taking shower befor going to bed
-have a jog everyday or other sports
-try herbal teas or herbal suppliments but do not use chemical ones, you will get addicted to them and thats another problem
- try meditation if you are interested in, it really bring in you relax and improve your go
-try to use daiery products more
-have your pray every night, it will be paid you more relax and relived

Shaving the pubic area??

Go do some outside hobby. Take a walk, work contained by a garden, visit near friends.

Miscarriage?

Try to tire yourself out more during the day, exercise possibly or talk to your primary watchfulness doctor and ask about a sleeping aid, you may hold insomnia.

Postpartum hair loss?

Try over the counter sleep meds. Even a benadryl will backing you sleep (it is the active ingredient in most OTC sleep meds anyways).
Try to be more stirring during the day...don't whip naps. They will mess your sleep calendar up!

How can I increase my height (my age is15)?

Try a cup of camomile tea back bedtime or a warm cup of milk. If you have something on your mind to be precise keeping you up write it down on a piece of paper. Sometimes it help just to bring it off of your mind.

you any have to walk to the drugstore and get a sleep aid, or you own to go to your doctor and enjoy him prescribe a sleep aid that will definitly put u asleep.. Discuss all of your problems near your doctor and if you have be having trouble sleeping for a while next you have to own a sleep aid prescribed... Good Luck!!

use a satin poillowcase and satin sheets
dont use fabric softeners on your sheets because the chemicals contained by fabric softener cling to the fabric and start builing up and then rubb of onto your skin and raison d`??tre itching and discomfort

Periods- I have no cramps, is that commonplace?

What do you expect when you sleep till 12 noon or 1 pm?
You should rouse up at at least 9 am . Put your alarm clock on f.i. 8 or 9 o'clock and rise! You stay surrounded by bed too long.
No wonder you aren't sleepy!
And when you can't sleep because your feet are cold, put on socks to heat up them. Many women can't sleep because they suffer from cold feet contained by bed, :-)).Lol.
