Actinomycosis and IUCD?

Am referring to answers by Brad on Rohana H question.Does this anticipate that oral sex have something to do near actinomycosis?How danger is it to the ovary?I have just removed my 1st IUCD and now inserted a new one.I also have the pap smear done which resulted to actinomycosis.It appeared on the edge of the previous IUCD string and the infection on the string itself be hardly removed.I be advised to whip the augmentin 625mg.Can it be completely cured just by taking them for 7 days?Please abet.
