Okay...I use tampons. The only problem is that the regulars ooze, and the supers are too big. What can I do?

OK I don't know if you enjoy tried different brands because they are all made differently. If you are have a problem with leak. Depending on the flow.. you may need to use a greater absorbency. but I would suggest trying Playtex or Kotex they are not as big as Say Tampax but have completely good absorbency and are more comfortable..I enjoy never been competent to wear Tampax due to the way they expand. I have the same problem near leaking.. Good luck and hope this help.

If you want to verbs using the regulars, you may need to changeover them more often.

If you want to try the supers, i would recommend trying a different brand. A different applicator may kind it easier to use a super tampon.

Try a different brand. I have the same problem, after I switched to Kotex and the problem was no more :) Try several brands and find which brand and absorbency works best for your flow, keeping in mind that absorbencies differ from brand to brand so a "regular" in one brand might be a "super" in another. Wear a pantiliner as support up. Good luck :)

that is a problem you could use a reg tampon and if your have leaking problems use a small super chew over pad basically to catch the access or you could use a different brand they might net a medium or possibly the supers wouldnt be as big in another brand

try one of these cups instead of tampons. they never leach. ever! i've had mine for 6 years in a minute and not one leak.

I have have the same problem! Switch brands..Tampax works best for me. Or verbs to use regulars but with a panty liner too. Good luck!!
