It's not worth risking the babe-in-arms's health to enjoy evenly colored hair. Just skulk til the baby's born, after you can reward yourself with a trip to the salon afterwards.

A close friend of mine is pregnant, and went to the hairdresser this weekend. She asked the hairdresser this request for information, and was told that it's not really a risk, because newer hairdyes are much safer. I probably would loaf until a little road into the pregnancy, at least after the first trimester.
