At age 14, the very first time my cycle started I also have horrible pain, especially the first 2 days. I feel as if something was trying to rip through my entire body, I also have a lot of clotting. I be taken to a lot of doctors, mis-diagnosed by adjectives...one doctor suggested removing my appendix, and I was flatly told by another mannish physician that the pain be in my chief. I was finnaly appropriately diagnosed at age 25 next to Endometriosis.
Endometriosis occurs when tissue from the endometrium, or facing of the uterus, grows outside the uterus, where it is not supposed to grow. Interstitial cystitis (IC) should also be considered. Symptoms are:
Chronic dull pain, usually in the pelvic nouns or lower back.
Painful urination, especially during their period.
Pain during or after sex, but not always.
Painful or calorific periods.
Painful bowel movements during menstruation.
Fatigue.
Unresolved endometriosis and IC share frequent characteristics. They are hard to diagnose, and they normally occur together.
Please do not surmise this is all surrounded by your head! Your niggle is very unadulterated. Remember it is your right as a patient to ask question, and seek a second judgment if you need to. Best of condition to you.

In the show time: I would use a hot pad, & it's honourable to do some kind of flurry like yoga, swimming or running. Stay all right hydrated, drink lots of water. Rubbing your stomach help too.
Making dietary adjustments starting give or take a few 14 days before a length may help some women beside certain mild menstrual disorders, such as cramping. The nonspecific guidelines for a healthy diet apply to everyone; they include drinking plenty of whole grain, fresh fruits and vegetables, and avoiding saturated fat and commercial junk foods.
Low-Fat, High-Fish Diets. If you guzzle foods with a better intake of omega 3 fatty acids (fat compounds found in oily fish, such as salmon and tuna) which lessen menstrual dull pain. Also, supplements of fish oil appeared to diminish heavy bleeding in teen girls.
Salt Restriction. Limiting salt may aid minimize bloating.
Reducing Caffeine & Sugar. Reducing caffeine (in soda) & sugar intake may be beneficial.
