At age 14, the very first time my cycle started I also have horrible pain, especially the first 2 days. I feel as if something was trying to rip through my entire body, I also have a lot of clotting. Endometriosis occurs when tissue from the endometrium, or facing of the uterus, grows outside the uterus, where it is not supposed to grow. Interstitial cystitis (IC) should also be considered. Symptoms are:

Chronic dull pain, usually in the pelvic nouns or lower back.
Painful urination, especially during their period.
Pain during or after sex, but not always.
Painful or calorific periods.
Painful bowel movements during menstruation.
Fatigue.

Unresolved endometriosis and IC share frequent characteristics.They are hard to diagnose, and they normally occur together.
