How do you feel (physically) when you are on your period...?

I have merely started my period again (it's be irregular since I started 11 months ago) and I am wondering whether I have my time and am just sick at this time (a cold) or whether it's my length giving me all of these symptoms.

I enjoy: really bad stomach cramps, sore lower rear legs, I had a sore upperback yesterday, a hideous headache which is making me dizzy and an ear ache (from the headache), tired and I'm feeling awful!

I hold only have a really light flow today. The final three days I have be feeling exceptionally tired etc.

What can I do? I haven't been competent to do much schoolwork today because I've been sentiment so awful. I'm 16 and nothing seem to be particulary sweet at the moment.

Am I less of a woman if I don't wear panty hose? What makes a woman, a WOMAN?

Wow you solitary got your length at 15 - lucky! lol. Anyways - most of your things, stomach cramps, backache are related to your period. The earache and headache probably arent (although I've hear of some girls who get headache around that time). It could take you a few years to go and get regular as well so dont verbs too much about that. Go invest in some midol or pamprin and most of your ailments will run away and you'll have a spasm free period.
