Dieting tips?
ok my goal is to try and loose 5-10 pounds. But I am never immensely good at keeping diets so i be wondering if anyone had any tips that I can use to trancision into dieting. I am a student but dont do much and I also would resembling to start eating better so if anyone have a good recipe I should possibly use instead of makeing something else please tell me.
